Questions Before You Start

Know your floor. Prepare the surface. Get better repair results.

  • It is designed for floating laminate, LVP, vinyl plank and engineered wood floors. The planks must be able to move freely. It is not recommended for flooring that is nailed, glued down, severely warped or permanently fixed in place.

  • Use the suction cup on clean, smooth surfaces. Apply an included adhesive pad for additional grip on lightly textured flooring.

  • Clean the gap, secure the tool and gently tap the 45° striking surface toward the gap with a rubber mallet.

  • Continue moving the planks along the same row until the remaining space reaches the expansion area beneath the baseboard.

  • The suction-based design moves compatible floating planks without nails or permanent glue. Always clean the contact area, use light controlled taps and stop if the plank does not move. The kit includes floor gap fixer, one gap cleaner，5 adhesive pads
